Citigroup Policy Platform and Business Process Management, VP (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida
This position will work to drive and support the design, deployment and implementation of a new enterprise-wide policy risk management platform and tool, to be fully integrated with multiple enterprise-wide risk management platforms and processes which together will form an integrated enterprise-wide risk management system. Once deployed, the role will drive and support continuing policy-related risk management activities that link to, or are managed on the new platform, including ongoing quality assurance and maintenance of the processes for policy alignment with corresponding regulations, controls, issues, training, and multiple taxonomies, The role is central to achieving Citi’s objective to integrate and provide ongoing support for policy management processes that are part of the larger, enterprise-wide risk management framework, including maintaining policy alignment with regulations, controls, issues and training via processes and workflows that leverage the policy platform and tool. The role includes considerable engagement with platform users of all businesses, levels and jurisdictions., The role will also provide and contribute to policy risk management training and communication and supports platform-related processes to achieve and maintain effective, seamlessly integrated policy management across Citi.
Responsibilities
Manage and support the development, deployment and ongoing enhancements of a new policy risk management platform and tool
Support integration of policy management platform with multiple aligned risk and control processes and systems
Manage and support enterprise-wide risk management processes, including document issuance preventative controls, that affect or incorporate policy risk management
Train, support and respond to policy platform users, including role-based users
Manage and oversee tracking and reporting of policy platform and tool transformation planning and execution deliverables,
Coordinate policy process and platform requirements with corresponding risk and control management efforts
Develop effective, appropriate and accurate presentation materials for integration with related training initiatives.
Provide guidance and effective challenge for first and second line policy framework transformation planning and execution as necessary
Engage with various subject matter experts (across all businesses, functions and regions) and members to explain and reinforce policy platform governance and management processes
Help to resolve problems and concerns raised by users and stakeholders regarding policy platform use, governance and management processes
Qualifications
7-10 years experience in controls, risk management or equivalent, with a focus on financial services, preferably policy management and development and/or related risk management areas
Experience in driving and managing large, complex change transformation programs, project management experience a plus
Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
Skills at developing and communicating policy platform processes, functions, entitlements, roles and responsibilities,
Experience in no code, SaaS platform configuration and process a plus
Business analysis skillset and mindset, logical, formulaic approach to support connection of policies, standards, procedures with related risk management processes
Understanding of project management function and processes
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
Experience with document management platforms and systems
Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging, especially in the use of PowerPoint, Visio and similar
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units
Ability to navigate a complex organization; to influence and lead people across cultures
General overall understanding of financial services laws rules, regulations
