A prosperous company is seeking an organized individual for a Payroll Analyst position through Robert Half. Daily tasks may consist of data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments. Based in the Tampa, Florida area, this permanent position is a great opportunity. To be considered, candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and exceed expectations by working with both the internal team and external customers.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Obtain timesheet approvals by contacting employees via email and phone and process payroll for company employees

• Be able to create and run custom reports

• Gather data into spreadsheets and the payroll system

• Administer reports as instructed and make them easily accessible by distributing them

• Provide clerical support by filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

  Requirements - Excellent attention to detail

• Solid understanding of Full Cycle Payroll

• Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

• Ability to easily learn new systems

• Prior knowledge in Payroll software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

• 2+ years of previous payroll experience

• Outstanding data entry skills
