Job Description

* Oversee the set up and break down of travel trailers supporting disaster relief -- Will advise on best practices for install, permitting, repairs, and demobilization

* Will oversee site preparation including ensuring access to facilities and compliance with FL building code

* Serve as a construction SME to communicate between contractors and program team

* Oversee performance of subcontractors tasked with permitting, licensing, placement, repairs and demobilization

* Manage construction inspectors and sign off on reports

* Provide technical support for permitting, materials and inventory management, change orders, and ensuring scope of work is followed

Skills and Requirements

* 5+ years of construction management experience

• Experience with FEMA disaster recovery programs or similar

* Excellent communication and leadership skills * FL regulation and building code knowledge

* OSHA certifcation null
