Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $17 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Material Clerk :

• Assist with end of month inventory process; enter inventory counts into SAP or required system

• Perform same day goods receipts in SAP and run daily report to confirm all are completed

• Process accounts payable in SAP within four day requirement

• Perform same day goods issues in SAP

• Assist the Materials department on other projects as needed

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Minimum one year materials and/or clerical experience required

• SAP MM experience required

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills

• Must be able to perform in a high stress environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

• Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions

• Must be available to weekends, and holidays as needed

• Bilingual English / Spanish

• Inventory – FIFO experience

• Organized

• Problem Solver

• People Friendly

• This is a stressful position and need someone that can work under pressure.
