JPMorgan Chase Managed Omnichannel Solutions Product Delivery Manager - Payments - Vice President in Tampa, Florida

As a Sr. Product Delivery Manager within our Managed Omnichannel Solutions team, you will be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing the delivery of our products to customers. You will play a pivotal role in creating solutions and efficiencies that facilitate successful and timely implementations.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Own and execute all business matters related to our Managed Omnichannel Solution. This includes managing external partner relationships, tracking all issues, overseeing escalated matters, and accurately executing financial billing/invoicing matters.

  • Be responsible for all product delivery effort, being our voice of the client with our trusted partners, ensuring successful execution and delivery. This includes maintaining an effective internal/external support & escalation process, issue tracking, and ensure defects are resolved meeting all service level agreements (SLA)s.

  • Own all business results and reporting to leadership and other stakeholders. Responsible for the success of all product initiatives and strategy related to the solution. This includes identifying and removing any technical or operational roadblocks while monitoring product performance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Strong knowledge and experience of payment gateway and card present processing behaviors and comprehends omnichannel use cases and shopper journeys.

  • Self-managed and motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Strong ability to analyze issues & problems, assume ownership, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven track record with multi-faceted payment platform implementations for large and mid-tier enterprise businesses

  • Experience with a blend of product management, project management, operational execution, product data analytics, budgeting, P&L management, and technical support.
