Job Description:

As a Lease Quality Analyst, you are an integral part to the leasing portfolio operations and servicing. As a valued team member, you will play an important role ensuring the integrity an accuracy of Lease contracts and maintenance. You will reside at the center of contract maintenance by investigating errors monthly by misalignment reports. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, engaging with front line sales support, transaction processing team, accounting and internal stakeholders. You will work on many contracts and issues simultaneously so critical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to understand and prioritize to meet deadlines is a must to be successful.

You will:

  • Assist quality analyst team in day-to-day operations performing numerous functions to support Pitney Bowes operational regulations.

  • Perform and maintain accurate data entry while incorporating best practices to improve efficiencies.

  • Strong proficiency in billing an account management.

  • Rebook and terminate contracts in various operating systems in a timely manner and recording transactions into various financial management operating systems.

  • Work with enhancements to Oracle Order Management and Pricing products to update various billing errors and equipment replacements.

  • Exercise creativity and independent judgment to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.

  • Work alongside IT team trouble shooting various contract errors. You will assist with incorporating guardrails and rules.

Your background:

As a Lease Quality Analyst, you have:

  • A high school diploma with minimum three years prior experience in the commercial lending industry.

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interacting with teammates, and all levels of management.

  • Well-developed communications skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated capability in problem solving.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complex transactions, and work within tight deadlines.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in the equipment finance or commercial working capital or banking industry

  • Proficient with, SAP, Fiserv, Oracle, VLOOKUP, and Salesforce a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $62,700 to $70,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
