Description

We are in search of a IT Support Specialist to become a part of our nonprofit organization located in Tampa, Florida. The role requires a strong understanding of systems and network administration, including routing, switching, and firewall management. The successful candidate will also need proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding IT issues and inquiries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner.

• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of systems, networks, and security measures.

• Support Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10 environments, including user management and system configurations.

• Utilize skills in Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows 10, and Windows 11.

• Maintain strong technical skills in systems and network administration.

• Manage and resolve customer credit inquiries.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Maintain accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Keep precise customer credit records.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft suite, including Microsoft Office 365

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, particularly Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Experience with computer hardware and desktop hardware

• Skilled in configuration management

• Proficient in providing deskside support

• Prior experience in a similar role in a non-profit organization

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in technology

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
