    Overview

    The Inside Sales Associate calls on existing accounts that aren’t currently buying from us, updating the accounts as new information surfaces from contact calling, lead generation, developing customers for planned new territories and preparing prospects for Sales Representatives in established territories. This is an entry into sales with our company. We train Inside Sales Associates in the process, product and sales ability. It starts by learning our industry and products. There is a clear career path from Sales Associate to Sales Representative that allows everyone to advance at their own pace and desire for improvement.

    What you will need

  • A high school diploma or GED is required. 

  • 1-3 years of telemarketing, customer service and inside sales experience and with a proven record of success and strong client relationships. 

  • Experience in the multi-family industry is preferred.

    How you will make an impact

  • Develop and maintain sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers at multi-family properties via telephone. 

  • Manage sales volume with an existing group of customers and prospect successfully to expand the customer base. 

  • Conduct pre-sales calls for potential markets via phone. 

  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identify sales opportunities. 

  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; and participating in educational opportunities. 

  • Generate business by contacting non-buying customers via phone and email.
