Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator position is responsible for human resources (HR) administrative support with primary responsibility for payroll processing. Additional duties such as applicant tracking, pre-employment process, new hire orientation and associate engagement activities may be assigned. The job is based on site in our warehouse/distribution facility in Dover, FL.

Position Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, prepares and inputs payroll information into the computerized payroll systems.

Meets deadlines and maintains accurate pay records to ensure timely and accurate pay for associates.

Updates and maintains associate information within HRIS.

Maintains confidentiality and attention to detail while assisting with general Human resources functions

Conducts new hire orientation.

Provides customer service to applicants and internal associates regarding systems usage, company policies, benefits, leaves of absence, etc. while presenting a friendly, helpful demeanor and quick response.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

• 1+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• HRIS experience with applicant tracking systems, self-service portals and other related HR software
