Robert Half Human Resources Administrator in Tampa, Florida

Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for various HR administrative tasks, including processing payroll, onboarding new hires, and updating employee records in our HRIS system.

Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll processing

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up employee profiles in ADP, conducting background checks, and managing drug screening.

• Continually update ADP with any changes such as terminations, transfers, compensation changes, and new hires.

• Assist in setting up benefits for new hires.

• Provide support in other areas of HR, such as open enrollment and various projects.

• Maintain a high level of organization and strong attention to detail in all tasks.

• Handle HR administrative functions such as e-verification and preparation of new hire packets.

• Use ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks and responsibilities.

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

This is a permanent, in office role that will pay up to $60,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role.

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software for HR management.

• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
