Citigroup HRSS Talent Acquisition Operations Onboarding Business Analyst, C12/ AVP in Tampa in Tampa, Florida
The Onboarding Senior Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between operations and technology to translate Onboarding business process changes/enhancements in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to improve the user experience, streamline the business process and meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Work closely with Onboarding GPO and regional Talent Acquisition Operations teams to identify opportunities to enhance the Onboarding business process in Workday
Partner with technology to develop solutions for Onboarding issues
Provide insights as a SME for Onboarding in collaboration with other business partners and GPO groups where business processes overlap
Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps
Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards
Maintain and update Onboarding process workflows and Standard Operating Procedures and review with GPO and GPL at a defined interval to ensure information is up to date
Partner closely with stakeholders at various level of the organization and across functional groups to identify opportunities for improvement, define and document business/functional requirements, review technical design, execute user acceptance testing, and rollout/communicate/train upon implementation
Liaise with regional leaders and SMEs to develop Workday change requirements
Generate and compile reports based on findings, including probable causes and potential solutions to systems issues
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned
5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Expertise with Workday functionality a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
