A Pest Control company is looking for an individual who can come in and manage the service techs out in the field while maintaining customer satisfaction. No experience in pest control necessary but leading a team and experience with techs out in the field is necessary. We are looking for someone who can travel to other locations in FL as necessary to support the growth and training of the company.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

● Manage 5 direct reports: EC & WC Lead Techs, EC & WC Ops Lead, GG Lead:

○ Ensure lead techs and ops leads are completing all weekly tasks/responsibilities (vehicle

checks, inventory, etc)

● Technician Training/Compliance:

○ Run Monday Tech Meeting- alternating coasts. Includes 1x/month on each coast with

more formal FDACS training & paperwork (from yearly training plan)

○ Oversee new technician training- coordinate who new techs train with and that trainer is

going through all items necessary & has proper documentation

○ Certify new techs once they finish initial training

○ Ensure weekly tech audits are happening

○ Ensure any changes in processes are communicated to the field and documents are

updated

● Customer Service:

○ Manager visits as needed for customers with issues the lead can not resolve

● Asset Management:

○ Oversee and approve all vehicle maintenance

○ Oversee inventory mgmt

○ Oversee blower maintenance & repairs

○ Manage any auto insurance claims

● Routing & Coordination:

○ Oversee the scheduling of all customers and make adjustments throughout the week

based on weather/call outs and other factors

○ Ensure techs are prepared for the following day and have all materials needed
