Job Description:

This position is an opportunity for an emerging nonprofit leader in the social services sector to gain marketable skills. For anyone who has an interest in eventually becoming a chief operating officer, chief development officer, or chief executive officer. The position bridges all three sides of our nonprofit, and the candidate will be interested in learning and growing in all three areas. Be responsible for building a client-focused, empowering space where survivors of domestic violence will "shop" in compliance with the standards/values and products they need. Build relationships with donors and build a volunteer experience for members of our community. Work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Chief Executive Officer to ensure this outward-facing program is meeting the inward-facing needs of those we serve. Work closely with the other program directors to ensure the distribution of goods complies with standards/values throughout the agency. This role also offers experience in building management, as well as team management in the form of staff and volunteer supervision and coordination.

Pay:

$65,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits are offered.
