The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implementing applications. Assist in mining, analyzing and interpreting data and information from the data warehouse to meet specific client and business needs.
Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing Customer Relationship Management functions and complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracy
Participate in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs.
Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensuring system integration.
Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics.
Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for data constructing and maintaining processes.
Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes
Use data to create models
Work with department managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
EXPERIENCE
Must have experience with managing large volumes of data, including its storage, transfer, compression, encryption, analysis, reporting and recording.
Background working as a technology professional supporting internal and external clients, primarily those representing technology operations, financial services, and law firms is preferred.
Experience in data models and reporting packages
EDUCATION
- Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree in mathematics / computer science / statistics / economics
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Salesforce / Service Cloud workflow analysis and design
Presentation Effectiveness with Senior Leaders / Business Partners
Python analysis
SSIS
Knowledge of relevant laws, legal codes, government regulations, agency rules, and current industry practices
Familiarity with protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information or file systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Windows tools and techniques, O365, SharePoint.
Good understanding of computer networking technology, infrastructure components, applications and systems, and information security.
Must have moderate technical troubleshooting skills.
Quality control and accuracy of reporting is required.
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment as a productive and supportive team player.
Ability to articulate complex issues concisely

The typical base range for this role is between $100 to $134K per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
