Hiregy Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Tampa, Florida
Location: Tampa, 33607 - This position is onsite
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Hours: Training 9:00 - 5:30 (about 2 weeks) Schedule to start 11:30 - 8pm
Type: Contract to Hire
Job duties:
- Respond to inbound calls regarding the service needs of policy owners, general agents, producers, field personnel and home office employees, maintaining ownership until completed
- Call time: Approximately (6) minutes per call, (11) for FNOL
- Act as primary service contact for customers and agents. Provide technical guidance, information and procedural advice on a variety of customer service issues, requiring knowledge of products and services
- Respond to telephone, online, and written inquiries.
- Process policy level transactions within level of authority.
- Conduct research when needed to complete service requests. Handle all service requests within department service standards
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy and seeking a call center career opportunity
- Must be computer proficient and able to navigate dual screens and (9) software systems, typing approximately 40 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
