The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will need to oversee all field operations for the company & also their projects too. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has Consturction Project Management experience. salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with contractors, subcontracts, etc. to determine the specifications of the project

• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

• Plan construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Skills

• Project Management (3 years of experience is required)
