BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Charge Be havioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center in Tampa!
Facility: St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center
Location: Tampa
Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Shift: Days
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: No
The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.
The Charge Nurse is responsible for:
Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required Certifications and Licensures:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
RN (Registered Nurse)
Nurse Specialty - preferred
Required Education:
- Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.
Experience:
2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
