Administrative Accounting Assistant Tampa, FL (On-Site) Hiring for a professional administrative accounting assistant to help successfully coordinate the operations within the office as well as manage invoicing, work orders and owed purchase orders. Do you have experience with administrative duties? Have you entered and processed work orders and or purchase orders? salary: $18 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Manager in daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating office activities.

  • Oversee and monitor documentation throughout the job lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and seamless coordination between departments and timely completion of tasks.

  • Assist in removing barriers between administration team and field personnel to ensure seamless and timely job execution.

  • Process the transcription and integration of data across various software programs to streamline job billing.

  • Support invoicing preparation and coordinate communication with the contracted billing representative.

  • Schedule meetings and lunches for office

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)

  • work orders (1 year of experience is required)

  • Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is preferred)

  • Sales Support (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Bookkeeping (2 years of experience is preferred)
