Key missions of the position:

• Build, manage and improve on a continuous improvement basis the industrial and industrial oriented and connected activities of Pnuematronics product line, meeting the needs of the customer, reach and optimize the goals in terms of Quality, Cost, Deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Electronics and Pneumatronics team deliverables

• Manage the Test Bench Development (Manual & Semi-Automatic)

• Manage development and maintenance of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

• Responsible for the deployment of Automation Solutions

• Responsible for the Special Process - Crimping and Wiring Harness

• Review of assembly cell layout and plant layout.

• Collaborate with Production team on day to day basis to assess & improve the existing processes.

• Drive Production Capacity Enhancement

• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output

• Perform risk assessments

• Budgetary Control for Capital Investment for project and existing products.

• Preparing of Return on Investment (ROI) for each capital investments to make justification to Management.

• Review of Make or Buy for new projects and existing products.

• Review of PFMEA and control plan for new products

• As a project core team member (CTM), you will work seamlessly with other CTM's from various functions assigned to the project under the leadership of your project manager

• Participate in Electronics QRQC

• Provide resource hours allocation for customer and industrial projects

• Analyse process downtime, identify trends and develop solutions

• Motivate and coach the team to operational success

Required Candidate Profile

Education/Training: Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronics from reputed University/College is mandatory. Other exposure/certification in Business Management/Administration and/or similar will be preferred
