Adecco US, Inc. Senior Systems Administrator in Tamarac, Florida
Position Summary: This is a leadership and technical expert role responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure. The Senior Systems Administrator will lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, design scalable systems, and oversee key IT projects while mentoring junior staff.
Act as an escalation point for critical system issues and mentor junior team members in resolving complex problems.
Lead cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Architect and implement high-availability systems and disaster recovery solutions.
Collaborate with the IT Director on budgetary planning for IT infrastructure investments.
Spearhead initiatives to integrate emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain and enforce advanced cybersecurity policies, ensuring the organization adheres to industry standards.
Identify recurring issues within the IT environment and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring a more stable and reliable system.
Lead efforts to prepare for and address IT audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address audit findings and implement necessary improvements.
Implement IT issue resolution automation and orchestrations leveraging Fresh Services, tools and custom applications.
Lead and complete at least one project from the Innovation Pipeline per year.
Lead and complete at least one A3 continuous improvement project a year.
Lead and complete at least one JPI\JDI project per quarter.
Develop, update, and maintain IT process documentation through the use of Dozuki and KB articles.
Promote growth mindset by recommending at least one IT related trade show we attend per year.
Promote growth mindset by acquiring at least one new IT industry standard certification per year that is approved by the Director of IT.
Assist in the troubleshooting and solving calls to the help desk for workstation and network related issues. Maintain service and support goals for the organization and its users by establishing and enforcing standards.
Manage information technology initiative, assist in training employees, maintain a safe and secure work environment; develop personal growth opportunities. Travel to other facilities as needed.
Maintain, a TESTBED environment to review and monitor the results of patch deployments before deploying to all endpoints.
Assist with the implementation and enforcement of information security and control procedures.
Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating the organizations goals, identifying problems, anticipating requirements.
Review Investigations, verify all investigations from previous days are completed, address issues.
Communicate findings and follow approval for modification of policies to implement additional necessary blocks or security measures.
Maintain and monitor cloud environments provisioning cost effective application solutions when needed.
Review device inventory, ensuring that all devices have the necessary cyber security, patch management, RMM software.
Review persisting vulnerabilities and schedule patching internally through Qualys, FortiClient, Intune, PDQ, and Intune Automate once reviewed and confirmed as solution. Proceed to uninstall any vulnerability-ridden services no longer needed.
Power BI experience
Develop and conduct periodic user training when required.

Qualifications And Competencies
7-10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
5+ years’ experience administering Windows environments, including Server 2008+, AD, Group Policy, DNS, SQL, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with MDM and Endpoint Management systems including Microsoft Intune.
Strong understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, etc.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using MSGraph, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other tools.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure AD, identity, and security services.
Advanced certifications such as AZ-305, CISSP, Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist, Azure Solutions Architect
Travel Requirements: 10-25% travel including international travel.
Experienced using data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project and resource management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate professional staff.
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, especially executive management.
Knowledge of Data Center Operations.
Strategic Planning.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
Organized and Detail focused.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
