Kuehne+Nagel IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) in Tallinn, Estonia

Our Global Service Desk department in Tallinn is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the 2nd-level technical support team.

Your Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Administration and 2nd-level support of different applications;

  • System and process monitoring;

  • Identifying, troubleshooting, prioritization and timely escalation of technical problems and service requests;

  • Incident and problem handling in an application environment;

  • Detailed error analysis throughout the application landscape, identifying and categorizing issues to provide a root cause analysis;

  • Ticket ownership, ensuring timely response, follow-up, and communication with any involved party to find a quick solution to the problem;

  • Documenting and extending a knowledge base;

  • Team coverage is 13/5 from 08:00 to 21:00.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Professional education or degree in IT or equivalent work experience;

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving competencies;

  • Experience working in a support role (preferred);

  • Application log reading/analyzing experience (preferred);

  • Target-oriented team player with good communication skills;

  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
