ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Training Development Consultant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the Tallahassee, FL area. This potential role will be critical in developing and delivering training in a state-wide implementation effort. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years ERP Training development experience.
Minimum of 1 year of Articulate platform experience.
Experience developing job aids, exercises, and data for class exercises.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients including executive levels of management.
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Ability to work alone or in a team environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
uPerform, UPK, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar training development experience.
Previous experience in providing professional training consulting services to large client groups with complex operations.
Training/certifications and experience in formal business process methodologies.
Ability to assess training needs and objectives.
Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs.
Experience with training delivery in various forms, including in-person and web-based.
Able to develop training for various delivery mediums.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
