On a typical day you will:

  • Working closely with HR Technology, Regional and Functional teams, and end-users to ensure successful design and testing of deliverables according to the desired requirements and specifications

  • Managing maintenance/configuration/break/fix of Workforce Management (WFM) Tool

  • Assisting with maintenance/configuration of existing Workday Modules: Time Off & Absence, Benefits, Global Mobility, Core Compensation, Advance Compensation, etc.

  • Assisting with new system configurations to support functional requirements

  • Testing and troubleshoot to identify and resolve issues

  • Working in a solutions architect capacity by providing the best practices/solutions for each functional area

  • Conducting working sessions with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements to ensure they are translated into functional specifications

  • Supporting development of business cases, project scoping, project alignment, and process documentation to ensure clarity and accountability of deliverables

  • Preparing periodic communications to stakeholders, work documents, and project plans using agreed upon project management tools

  • Identifying and implement corrective actions quickly and independently to accomplish project objectives

  • Managing and advising on documentation of lessons learned, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement and deployment of best practices

  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information

  • Using an open and collaborative approach to working with strategic partners both within HR and across the business

What You Will Need to be Successful :

  • Hands-on Workday experience in Benefits, Time/Absence, HCM, Compensation, and Advance Compensation

  • Experience in a technical environment with strong ability to configure Workday and implement

  • HR/Compensation knowledge in a global workspace

  • Analytical and able to effectively apply logic to solve problems

  • Ability to identify new enhancements, review feature releases and align with Otis strategy and design

  • Clear communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problem

  • Ability to handle multiple sub project teams, tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands

  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture

  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills; ability to establish credibility/rapport with stakeholders globally and in a virtual environment

  • Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $145,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
