Description We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Manager based in Tallahassee, Florida. In this role, you will be the central communication point for the project team, driving change initiatives, managing project resources, and liaising with stakeholders. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring they align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and activities, ensuring readiness for change.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and develop communication plans to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Handle resistance and build commitment to change through engagement and training strategies.

• Develop and manage resource-loaded projects, maintaining project metrics and performance metrics as per established standards.

• Provide hands-on leadership for complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Act as a liaison with users and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Develop and manage multi-project teams and initiatives to meet overall objectives.

• Facilitate joint application development (JAD) sessions and gather business requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations.

• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project success, developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

• Manage project spending plans and allocate resources accordingly.

• Track project expenses and ensure alignment with the allocated budget. Requirements • Exceptional communication skills to articulate project progress and challenges effectively

• Proven experience in training staff and stakeholders on project processes

• Proficient in planning and executing project processes efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to manage budget processes for large scale projects

• Extensive experience in project management and handling complex projects

• Ability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met

• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams

• Experience acting as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders

• Proficient in expense reporting and managing project finances

• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively

• Proven ability to execute project plans successfully

• Experience in KPI reporting and performance tracking

• Solid understanding of business analysis and its application in project management

• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and project standards

• Experience in change management and implementing new processes

• Knowledge of R code and its application in data analysis

• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage project plans and adjust as necessary

• Experience in preparing and presenting progress reports

• Demonstrated executive leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions

• Ability to lead project teams effectively and ensure team collaboration

• Experience in resource allocation and managing project resources
