Job Description
Summary/Objective
This role is a combination of both Program Planning and Pricing with an equivalent split across both functional areas.

- Prepares and coordinates the modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and supports the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule.

``` 2. Establishes and coordinates business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.

``` 3. Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses.

``` 4. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.

``` 5. Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes.

``` 6. Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.

``` 7. Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.

``` 8. Maintains and coordinates vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.

``` 9. Review and interpret various types of solicitations for contract and vehicles (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.). Identify and develop questions based on the solicitation that impacts Pricing compliance and strategy. Communicate pricing requirements in the proposal planning/scheduling process.

``` 10. Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies and models based upon FAR and contractual requirements and competitive market conditions.

``` 11. Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis. Works closely with Program and Growth business unit SMEs to correctly position proposals and establishing pricing that aligns with win strategies and revenue recognition requirements.

``` 12. Perform pricing reviews with company leadership team. Schedule and present pricing meetings for each opportunity.

``` 13. Fully document the Basis of Estimate (BOE) for each proposal, interacting with the proposal team and SMEs, Human Resources, Contracts, etc.

``` 14. Support Price Volume content development, formatting, and publication before submission.

``` 15. Work with Legal, Contracts, and the leadership team to ensure full FAR compliance on all proposals.

``` 16. Track all pricing actions to disposition via funding/contract award.

``` 17. Assist Finance with contract setup on awarded Programs based on bid strategies.

``` 18. All other tasks as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance or other related field. 3-8 years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Experience in program finance or pricing, specifically in the Government contractor/ DOD industry, may substitute formal IMP/IMS experience.
Preferred expertise in Microsoft Planner and Excel. Preferred knowledge of various Finance functions such as contracts, estimating pricing, planning, Earned Value Management and more.
Work Environment, Programs, and Tools This position operates in an office environment and requires individuals to walk, stand, sit, use hands/fingers to type, talk, listen and look.
Required knowledge of the following tools, equipment, and programs includes: laptop, phone, Microsoft Office suite - specifically Project, and scheduling software, and Excel.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position will be hybrid at either our Tallahassee, FL or Tampa, FL location and will require adherence to core business hours. This position is a full-time salaried role, expected to work no less than 80 hours per payroll period. This position may require evening/weekend work and work outside of regular business hours of operations when needed to support program or proposal needs.
Travel Travel may be expected for team working sessions, but no more than 10% per year.
