Job Title: Lead Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Plumber to work on new commercial construction projects in Tallahassee. The role involves various plumbing duties including underground, pre-fab, checking levels, installing plastic pipe, and more. Candidates must have experience in new commercial construction, with the ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.

Hard Skills

• Experience as a Plumber

• Knowledge of cast iron, PVC, copper

• Experience in commercial construction

• Pipe installation and repair

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tallahassee, Florida.

Work Environment

The work environment involves outdoor projects in Tallahassee and Thomasville, at hospital and FSU new construction sites. Expect hot conditions in summer and cold in winter. This is a large, new construction commercial job site. The role requires physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 15 times daily, stand for extended periods of time, and climb ladders and steps.
