Facebook Integrated Marketing Manager, Instagram in Tallahassee, Florida

We are looking for an integrated marketer who is passionate about building brands and is experienced in developing and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns that move hearts and minds. In this role, you will lead and support the development and execution of large-scale consumer campaigns that are culturally relevant to Instagram users and on-brand. This is a strategic and operational role within the Instagram Consumer Marketing Organization that will play a critical role in landing Instagram brand moments with users.

The ideal candidate will have experience in: strategic consumer marketing, developing cross-functional partnerships, and running multi-channel campaigns and programs for a high-profile brand, within the CPG or consumer tech industries, or at an integrated creative or media agency. He/She will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of consumer and market dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective marketing plans that truly move the needle. Experience in executing creator amplification strategies and tactics is a strong preference.

Required Skills:

  1. Lead and support the development of consumer campaigns across product marketing, media, partnerships, experiential, editorial and creative

  2. Define the development of brand campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our global brand campaign and tentpole moments - that meet our short and long-term business goals

  3. Manage and brief agency partners and enable them to execute their very best work

  4. Inform our overall campaign strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape

  5. Develop measurable KPIs and track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas

  6. Develop presentations and other documents to clearly communicate strategic plans to management, cross-functional partners and to the broader organization

  7. Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Cross-functional teams include: Product Marketing Consumer Insights, Decision Science, Communications Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management

  8. Develop and share channel marketing best practices and bring continuous innovation to direct-to-consumer channel strategies and brand touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a diverse media mix

  2. Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies

  3. Experience in large (+$15M) integrated campaigns leadership experience with an understanding of communications and media planning

  4. Experience in leading and working in matrix teams and organizations

  5. Experience leading and working with media and creative agencies

  6. Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams and defining operational success

  7. Knowledge for consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience

  8. Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams

  9. Experience influencing effectively cross-functionally across all levels of management

  10. Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact
