CWR Contracting, Inc. Fleet Asset Administrator - Tallahassee in Tallahassee, Florida

**[FLEET ASSET ADMINISTRATOR [CWR is seeking a Fleet Asset Administrator for our Panhandle divisions. This position reports to the Corporate Equipment Manager and will be housed in our Tallahassee corporate office.

  • Use company software to process and code invoices; prepare monthly report of rentals and RPOs (Rental Purchase Option)
  • Manage tag renewal and replacements, and title new assets
  • Maintain records for annual filings for vehicle tax and special registrations
  • Handle citations associated with registration or tags
  • Establish and foster relationships with county and state filing offices
  • Auction responsibilities include maintaining auction list and reporting monthly, ensuring removal of tags and telematics, verifying accuracy of disposal requests, and coordinating with the Fleetio administrator to remove sold items
  • Coordinate shop procurement; prepare report of price point checks
  • Submit insurance requests and maintain coverage for all equipment; add new assets and remove sold ones, manage employee vehicle forms, and ensure all insurance policies are current and up to date
  • Conduct equipment inventory counts; picture verification, updates to Fleetio superuser, verification match to company records for decals, unit number, and VIN or serial number and provide report of missing numbers
  • Other duties as assigned

6+ months of experience/knowledge of heavy equipment, commercial motor and fleet vehicles

Construction background experience including familiarity with vehicle titling and licensing

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Knowledge of Docusphere, FuelMaster and HCSS is a plus

Accurate record keeping ability and familiarity with basic office procedures required

Ability to enter data and understand various computer programs

Maintain confidentiality of information

Ability to organize and manage time and duties efficiently

Effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida drivers license
