Kelly Services in partnership with one of Talladega’s premier employers is seeking to fill a DIRECT HIRE position for a Budget Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of budgeting principles, financial analysis, and grant compliance to support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring alignment with grant requirements and organizational objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate grant proposals, budget revisions, and expenditure reports.

• Monitor grant expenditures to ensure compliance with funding regulations and grant agreements.

• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making and resource allocation.

• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals, including budget development and narrative justification.

• Serve as a liaison between finance, program, and development teams to facilitate communication and ensure grant-related financial needs are met.

• Stay informed about changes in grant regulations and funding opportunities, providing guidance to relevant stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget analysis, financial management, or grants administration.

• Strong understanding of budgeting principles, financial analysis techniques, and grant compliance regulations.

• Experience working with government grants, private foundation grants, and/or international funding mechanisms preferred.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with grant management systems a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
