Technical Services Specialist, K&B Taiwan

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Develop & monitor the technical support plan, activities & handle customer complaint.

Consult product technical knowledge for customers.

Provide product knowledge for sales colleagues, sales staff of distributors.

Train technician of distributor about products installation, trouble shooting

Translate some technical manual into local languages as deemed necessary.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively encourage, support and manage distributors’ Kohler Technical Specialists (KTS) in providing after sales service for Kohler products.

Provide technical advice on installation, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting for Kohler products to consumers, developers, distributors and Kohler China associates.

Provide technical training for Kohler products to distributors and Kohler associates.

Inspect Kohler products at distributor warehouse and consumer home; Monitor spare part inventory for both repair and sales.

Provide & consult warranty procedure to customers. Prepare claim statistic and follow up on replacement items.

Handle technical claim from key consumers and developers escalated from distributors and Call Center.

Collect any repair service charges and issue both sales and taxes receipts.

Organize and deliver technical training and product knowledge to distributors and internal staff.

Provide feedback on product performance, suitability and quality to drive improvement and new development of Kohler product.

Provide technical support to marketing and sales activities; Jointly responsible for potential projects sales activities with sales team, will need to meet up with potential customers & customers and provide appropriate technical specifications / resolutions to the business if required.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or College graduate with 5 years’ experience in the technical service or customer service field.

Experience in building materials industrial or plumbing materials industry experience is better.

Communication of English and computer literacy
