General Summary:
Join Qualcomm Windows IOP(Inter-Operability) Lab for Dock/Dongle/Monitor/USB accessories Inter operability verification and trouble shooting on Qualcomm compute Snapdragon products.
Customer Engineers are expected to:
Develop window application for IOP Lab debug tool/Automation test
Do Type C devices inter operation with Dock station/Dongle/Monitor/USB accessories on Windows on ARM system.
Be able troubleshooting and analysis log to understand detail repo step/issue triage/root cause identify.
Work with Customer to generate Test tool(App) can reach customer expectation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate test team member activities and
Response for Dock station/Dongle/Monitor/USB accessories plug in/out , reboot, hibernation stress testing to capture fail log when any abnormal symptom.
Be able to develop auto testing tool to reduce engineer effort.
Handling customer Q&A, and work closely with internal engineer team.
Host customer debug activity and join debug with developer team.
Skill/Experiences:
Strong Window UWP application experience and familiar with C++/C#/Direct X application implement.
Have strong logic concept to distinguish/isolate issue and be able to descript accuracy
Familiar with Type C devices knowledge like USB type C/Display port/HDMI/TBT3/TBT4/Power deliver.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
English communication proficiency.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree , related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
