Description

Drive the market development of Biosurgery products and devise strategies to penetrate targeted specialties. Specific tasks may include specialty surgeon visits, OR case support for newly developed accounts, and promotional event organization. This person will gather field information and strategize Biosurgery near term plans with Marketing and Sales department colleagues.

  1. Visits to targeted surgeons’ OPD to understand Biosurgery market landscape.

  2. Collaborate with distributor partners for join-calls to surgeons.

  3. Gather Biosurgery field information including competitors intelligence and product usage trends. Develop

  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales colleagues to create market analysis and marketing strategies for specialty penetration.

  5. Organize promotional events to drive Biosurgery products. The executive will own these events’ execution and follow up.

  6. OR case observation and support for Biosurgery newly developed accounts.

  7. The responsible geographical area is whole Taiwan.

Requirements

  1. Solid understanding in written and verbal English

  2. Must drive a car for transportation
