The AIS ASC (Amazon Subtier Components) team is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Program Manager who is passionate about leveraging data to deliver actionable insights that impacts business decisions to improve operational efficiency and to yield benefits to Amazon customers. As a Supply Chain Analytics Program Manager within the group, you will work closely with Business Intelligence Engineer, Global Commodity Manager, Global Supply Manager, and Product Manager to analyze massive data sets, identify areas to improve, define metrics to measure and monitor programs, and most importantly work with different stakeholders to drive improvements over time. You will also work closely with internal business teams to extract or mine information from our existing systems to create new analysis, and expose data from our group to wider teams in intuitive ways. As a Program Manager embedded in the ASC team you have the opportunity to participate and shape program development as well as leverage your technical skills. This position provides opportunities to influence high visibility/high impact areas in the organization.

• Interprets and analyzes complex datasets to identify different opportunities and set priorities to improve them.

• Ability to make data-driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Design and monitor metrics, create visualizations and reports that will contribute to identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers

• You will own end-to-end program management. You will not only develop insights but devise realistic plans and work with key stakeholders to execute them

• Responsible for providing visibility to program status (issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis to leadership, all stakeholders and team members.

About the team

You will join a team of highly capable and driven global supply managers who have experience from inside and outside the tech/cloud industry. We are growing rapidly and diving deeper into the supply chain as we look to directly manage critical materials used in our server PCBA. Although we have a way to go, we have a heavy focus on automation and tools creation. We encourage and empower our team members be "builders", just as much as we are supply managers. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of application product management experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
