Job Description

Are you interested in building the LEGO brand and manage the fast growing toy business in Taiwan & Hong Kong?

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will help bring the creativity, imagination and fun of LEGO® play to more kids, families and shoppers!

No relocation assistance is provided for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Consumer / shopper behavior Understanding & Management

  • Dig deep the insights from consumers & shoppers & recommend relevant action steps

Brand & Portfolio Management

  • Ownership of the assigned consumer group / portfolio

  • Develop portfolio strategy to grow the business

  • Develop and implement local relevant brand activation with global/regional toolkit

  • Develop Media Strategy across touch points/passion points

  • Pricing Implementation

  • Demand Forecasting by portfolio/franchise

  • Budget management & prioritization of assigned portfolio

  • Lead KOL management & explore partnership

BU representative with Global Team

  • Being BU representative for the assigned portfolio in Global Brand network

  • Giving inputs and feedback on the development of Global toolkit with local insights

  • Transfer success model to other markets

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious professional to be the lead of Taiwan / HK consumer, develop brand & portfolio strategy and build the excitement & innovation in the local market to optimize sales opportunities in the Business Unit (BU).

To keep up the fast-growing organization, we are seeking talents to help secure our long-term growth and success in the region.

We are recruiting a talented Brand Manager to be a key contributor and driving force for the BU to ensure the company fulfils its growth ambitions while holding true to the global LEGO Brand mission and values.

Do you have what it takes?

  • We are looking for a potential candidate with a proactive, strong ownership and compassion attitude

  • Experience in marketing function, preferably within FMCG, B2C, consumer branded goods retail industry

  • Experienced in marketing functional areas with successful track record in linking marketing strategies to commercial results

  • Excellent execution in marketing plan and activities, incl. ATL & BTL

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills to work across division

  • Strong commercial and data-driven mind set for decision

  • Understanding in Digital Marketing and content marketing

  • Exposure to channel strategy and trade marketing is a plus

  • 10% Travel time requirement

  • Curious and passion for learning!
