Key Purpose of the Job:

Lead and manage the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) and Manuals creation and implementation, engaging appropriate resources across departments and regions to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. Partner with Brands, Sourcing, Technical and Quality teams to plan, direct, and implement new procedures and standards to deliver high quality product and improve efficiency. Accountable for all aspects of coordination, management and leadership of the Process Improvement team including performance management, succession planning, development as well as activities planning.

Key Area of Responsibility:

Lead and manage the Process Improvement team, responsible for delivering a wide range of SOPs and technical documents to support process standardization and quality continuous improvement across regions;

Work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the project requirements to support the document creation or modification;

Create work plans and result action plans. Ensure progress is made in line with project timelines;

Contribute to the development of systems, procedures, platforms and tools that drive quality continuous improvement;

Effectively influence project stakeholders to diffuse difficult situations and resolve issues;

Train, mentor and develop personnel to foster a strong culture of continuous improvement;

Take the initiative to identify, communicate, and execute high-impact improvements;

Facilitate communication among stakeholders;

Manage deliverables amongst cross-functional teams to meet project needs;
