Description and Requirements

Lenovo ISG is seeking Firmware Project Manager for next generation server products. You will work closely with internal/external core vendor/IHV teams and be responsible for all BMC & BIOS related project works during the planning, development, and validation phases of the server product development. Responsibilities (but not limited as list):

  1. Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with team requirements and organizational goals.

  2. Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  4. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.

  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively address issues, and implement resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
