The Position

The Commercial Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for driving the organization to deliver industry leading omni-channel customer experiences via our Customer Facing Teams (CFTs).

Working closely with the global teams, the other Commercial Effectiveness Manager(s) and the CFTs, he/she will be responsible for strategic planning and driving execution excellence by leveraging data, insights, the Go-to-market Capabilities, and our CFTs’ competencies in engaging and seamlessly orchestrating omni-channel customer experiences.

The Commercial Effectiveness Manager will also be responsible for prioritizing, initiating, and managing multiple global or local projects across functions/ departments, and defining, implementing, and communicating tactics for achieving the business objectives.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects for omni-channel customer experiences by leveraging the data and insights from the Capabilities “Cross Function CFT Customer Relationship Management” and “CFT Business Performance & Incentive Management” and the other internal and external data sources.

• Plan and drive efficiency, effectiveness, and state of the art for the Capability “Profile, Segment and Target on Customers and Stakeholders”

• Translate the “Integrated Customer Plans” into “Cross-functional Omnichannel Customer Engagement Plans” with execution excellence.

• Plan and drive the execution excellence of the Capability “Customer Facing Teams Territory Design and Resource Allocation”.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Medical and/or Business Management fields.

• 5+ years working experiences with 2+ years in Pharmaceutical Industry. Experience in Customer Facing Planning and Execution function(s) such as Sales, MSL, Key Accounts, Marketing and/or Commercial Excellence (Business Operations).

• Analytical, planning and communication skills. Certified Project Management capability is a plus.

• Fluent in English communication.
