Job Description:
As CBG Area FP&A Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Support weekly & monthly financial management processes, reviews, and reporting
Leveraging data across multiple systems and platforms to support financial reporting/analytics for QFR, QOR, MRE, Operating Plan
Support budgeting and spending analysis processes for Field Sales, Marketing and Admerch for the BG
Support local business team with review and approvals relating to Rebate, MDF and PDRs.
Understand, analyze and report out A/R, DSO, Portfolio mix, Price Change and detailed trend reporting
Collaborate with other country Business Finance leaders and Global FP&A to improve processes and analytical approaches
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
Five (5) years of work experience in reporting, analytics, or business analyst roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Ability to translate data into meaningful financial insights and analysis
Understanding of Finance & Accounting practices
Previous experience in a Business Finance role
Proficiency using/designing data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Webi, SQL)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Longview
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Self-starter with ability to work with teams across different countries within APAC.
