Description and Requirements

I. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and influence the display industry's technology trends to shape the chipset technology roadmap for Lenovo's display products, including T-con, panel driver ICs, scalar, USB HUB, Power delivery controller IC, and Power management IC

  • Work with cross function teams to convert technology roadmaps into tangible product features and improvements.

  • Lead strategic partnerships for hardware and firmware architectural innovations, introducing industry-first features to elevate Lenovo's product market stance.

  • Develop and oversee unified firmware update tools for display product chipsets

  • Author design guides for chipset selection, hardware qualification, and firmware validation to enhance user experience and cost efficiency

II. Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Over 5 years of experience in LCD display technology, monitor EE architecture, or firmware design, with a strong grasp of display-related chip technology

  • Proficiency in display connection standards such as USB-C, DP, TBT, HDMI, and LCD

  • Proven experience in technology strategy planning and execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer orientated, enthusiasm on innovation, and strong teamwork.

  • Strong presentation skill and communication skill in both Mandarin and English.

工作職責：

  1. 跟上顯示器產業的關鍵技術趨勢，為聯想顯示產品的晶片技術路線圖制定方向，如T-con, 面板驅動晶片, Scalar, USB HUB, Power delivery controller晶片，電源管理晶片等。

  2. 與多部門團隊合作，將技術路線圖轉化為產品特性和功能。

  3. 與主要合作夥伴/供應商在硬體和韌體架構創新方面進行策略合作，研發業界領先的產品，提升聯想產品的競爭力。

  4. 開發和管理顯示產品晶片的統一韌體更新工具。

  5. 編寫晶片選擇、硬體認證和韌體驗證的設計指南，以提升使用者體驗和成本效益

II. 任職要求：

  1. 電子工程，電機工程或相關專業的學士及以上學位。

  2. 5年以上液晶顯示器技術和顯示器電子架構或 韌體設計的工作經驗。對顯示相關晶片技術有深入了解。

  3. 精通USB-C、DP、TBT、HDMI和LCD等顯示連接標準。

  4. 在技術策略規劃和執行方面有豐富經驗，具備優秀的分析和問題解決能力。

  5. 以客戶為導向，對創新有熱情，有強烈的團隊合作精神。

  6. 具有良好的國語和英語的表達能力和溝通能力。
