The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Power Platform Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Engineering, building, and upkeeping Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
Partnering with business analysts and stakeholders to collect and comprehend needs.
Refining current Power Platform apps for improved efficiency and user interface.
Delivering technical assistance and problem-solving for Power Platform systems.
Remaining informed of new Power Platform updates and enforce optimal practices.
Supporting and guide team developers, addressing their significant challenges.
Direct development efforts for corporate enhancement projects.
Engaging in internal projects within the Digital Acceleration division.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a comparable mix of educational background and practical experience.
A minimum of four years of proven experience in developing solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies is beneficial.
Expertise in utilizing Snowflake, Dataverse, and similar advanced technologies is an added advantage.
Holding certifications in Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
Proficient in independently developing and executing targeted project plans with minimal oversight
Attentive to detail with a self-starter attitude, possessing robust problem-solving capabilities
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, facilitating successful interactions with stakeholders
Adaptable to working collaboratively in an Agile team framework
Fluent in English for professional communication
Target Job Grade (Range): 10 – 11. Please note that the Job Grade provided indicates the target 3M Global Job Grade range and may vary depending on the skills and competencies of the candidate and local compensation guidelines.
