Summary of essential job duties/responsibilities
Scope:
Core Activity: Collections and Payroll Activities
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Collect outstanding amounts based on final processing and any other recoveries
• Sending out of recovery notice
• Assist Labor Employment in providing required documents for any filed DOLE/NLRC cases.
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of meeting targets, call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Keeping records of all collection activity
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
• Negotiating settlements
• Develop effective repayment plan.
• Recommend collection improvement measure.
• Address former/active employee queries through, call, mail and cases
• Support business initiatives and payroll activities as assigned by the manager.
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collection (voice)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office EXCEL, mail merge, etc.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
