Job Description

This role primarily provides support to the Total Rewards (TR) Department in the implementation and maintenance of compensation programs and related systems. Such programs include annual compensation planning and base pay program, bonus and other incentive plans, job evaluations, market pricing, ad hoc salary analysis, salary structure development and analytics and salary survey participation.

  • Supports in performing assigned compensation activities and ensure compliance based on standard operating processes, SLA, KPIs, and relevant policies.

  • Performs audits of HR data such as compensation and rewards

  • Participates in assigned activities relevant to annual salary surveys and various ad-hoc compensation requests as needed.

  • Provides administrative and maintenance support related to Workday and other relevant HR systems

  • Gathers information and documentation to assist in resolving straight forward issues within the assigned process

  • Perform communication maintenance activities and monitors the tools relevant to Compensation Team such as email inbox, ticketing software, and other relevant HR tools.

  • Prepares, submits, tracks and audits requests received through various platforms such as email inbox and ticketing tool

  • Generates regular reports related to transactions such as volume, types, and status

  • Maintains current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required

  • Assists in day-to-day transactions under Stock Plan administration

  • Monitors comprehensive list of LTI awards in various parts of the business

  • May assist with department initiatives and projects by performing advanced research and/or analysis. Advance approval is required when there are financial implications.

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues.

  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned

Qualifications

  • Open for night shift schedule to support Americas Region.

  • Open for Hybrid set-up (Freedom to Grow).

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of compensation administration standards and procedures is preferred

  • Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred

  • Experience using human capital management (HCM) software such as Workday and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or other similar tools and platforms is preferred

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Working knowledge and understanding of HR Operations standards and procedures.

  • Experience working with HR Systems preferably in Oracle, and Workday.
