Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as initial point of contact for RIS and PACS radiology systems related concerns from internal or external customers

• Identify, investigate, and document customer issues

• Provide root cause analysis through diagnostic and troubleshooting process which may include use of diagnostic tools, and software and or following verbal instructions

• Engage and escalate issues to next level support (Remote Systems Administrator – RSA) to identify and resolve system problems after initial analysis of the ARSA

• Responding to support issues and requests in a timely manner

• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationship by providing excellent customer service

• Liaison with internal teams within the Customer Support organization as required to deliver on customer requests

• Contribute to a fast-paced and highly collaborative team-based work environment

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related courses and certification
