Overview of the job

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. The IAM Directory Services Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Directory Services in OT environment. This role is also responsible for driving ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for Directories either in an escalation capacity or through activities of Level 3 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and solving. In this role you will be engaged in assessing AD OT environment and adopting latest IAM standards for domains in OT area.

Your team

This role reports to IT Operations Manager responsible for Active Directory Global Support Team located in three regions (APAC-Philippines-Manila, NAM-USA-Cincinnati, EMEA-Poland-Warsaw). This role provides number of opportunities in area of technical support, ITIL disciplines and enable candidate to interact with multiple technology groups ensuring best-in-class service delivery.

  • You have the ability understand technology solutions in a more intimate level so that you can provide opinions and engage a deeper conversation with the technical delivery teams

  • Ability to lead and implement key changes in area of Active Directory

  • Ensuring day-to-day support for Active Directory

  • Meeting latest industry and internal Security Standards

Responsibilities of the role

  • Plan and implement necessary changes required for Active Directory hardening up to the latest P&G and Industry Standards in area of OT domains.

  • Responsible for the overall support of Active Directory OT domains.

  • Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and proper use. Create required reports in response to business user needs.

  • Perform Access Management per business requirement.

  • Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on servers.

  • Contribute to definition of Directory Services levels, KPIs, and metrics as co-lead by the IAM EMEA Operations Manager and IAM Solution Manager.

  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, server backups and server hardening in area of OT Active Directory

  • Flexible working on a weekend or holidays to complete a Change Request.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • 3 years of technical experience in administration of Active Directory, including GPO management, scripting, hardening

  • Proven technical experience in Active Directory hardening

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Manage the ticket solving and ticket routing in Service Now

  • Good understanding of network configuration on Windows devices

  • Very good understanding of hardening/securing Windows Active Directory environment

  • Proven experience in managing GPOs

  • Understanding VPN, certificates and encryption protocols

  • Experience with PowerShell

  • Understanding of functionality of MS Intune, MS Teams and Office 365 family products will be a great asset
