The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist role is a vital internal voice to support groups striving to serve job-seekers, business clients, and communities around the globe. You are essential to crafting stories, celebrating wins, creating line of site strategy and performance, and being a partner on the company's most important information sharing and employee engagement objectives. Written business communication for employee messages, video, audio, web content, and events, all have an important role in TrueBlue's internal communications strategy. This role for TrueBlue Corporate Support is an intuitive writer and storyteller, well-versed in communication planning, and the digital and virtual tools essential to delivering content in today's world of work. Reporting to the head of internal corporate communications, this role supports corporate teams as a communications partner, delivering a broad range of omni-channel written content. Responsibilities/Duties Delivers exceptional writing support for intra-company partners and audiences. Proofreads and edits written content, ensuring the highest level of quality for English writing and business communication structure and style for ease of use and clarity. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support change management and business awareness issues and tasks i.e., communication planning, writing, and content delivery for teams in HR, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Marketing & Communications Supports corporate media/public relations and acts as a resource for external communications writing, press releases, and social media.
