About the Role: Provide compensation analysis and administration for the Bank. Assist in the development, implementation, administration and evaluation of strategies, plans, programs, and procedures designed to provide equitable and competitive employee compensation. Consult with managers and Human Resource partners to ensure alignment between compensation programs, compensation philosophy and business strategy. Elements of the position include job analysis and documentation, salary survey participation and market data analysis, interpretation of regulatory guidelines, and creation/interpretation of internal policies/standards within the context of the compensation function. Partner with HR Business Partners and business line leaders to conduct job evaluations and market pricing on an on-going basis and consult regarding incumbent pay decisions. Responsible for providing guidance on the interpretation and application of compensation programs, policies, and applicable laws and regulations. Perform ad hoc reports to support sound compensation decisions. Coordinate and participate on design teams with business partners from line of business management, HR and Finance to design incentive plans that support the business strategy. Participate in and analyze salary survey data to ensure current pay practices are market competitive and in line with the organization\'s position. Provide support for the annual compensation planning processes including salary structure update, merit increases and incentive awards. Manage and implement compensation strategies such as plan documents, changes, philosophy, and best practices. Develop recommendations for new procedures or policies related to compensation programs and policies. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank\'s written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description. About You: H.S. Diploma/GED. Bachelor\'s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of related experience in financial analysis, HR analysis, incentive design or similar analytical background, required. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Excellent analytical skills, including strong capabilities in Excel. Working knowledge of accounting and statistics. Knowledge of best practices in compensation, job analysis, job evaluation and applicable federal laws. Experience solving complex issues through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to act
