We are seeking a dynamic and motivated RN United Based Educator to join our team.As the RN United Based Educator , you will play a vital role in ensuring that our ED staff receives the highest quality education and training. You will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs, mentoring new staff members, and providing ongoing support to all ED nurses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational programs for ED staff on a variety of topics, including clinical skills, patient care, and professional development.

  • Precept and mentor new ED staff members, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.

  • Provide ongoing education and support to all ED nurses, ensuring that they are up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.

  • Collaborate with other members of the ED team, including physicians, nurse managers, and social workers, to develop and implement educational initiatives.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.

  • Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in emergency nursing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in an emergency department setting.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering educational programs.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Strong commitment to patient care and staff development.

  • Current BLS certification required.

  • Current active Washington State RN License

  • Current Certification in specialty area

Pay Range

$46.96 - $74.63 /hour
