Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Managing Attorney to join our client's growing national litigation practice. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation including professional liability, employment, construction defect, and D& O liability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, including assigning and delegating work, providing feedback, and evaluating performance.

• Develop and implement case strategies, including identifying and preserving evidence, drafting and filing pleadings and motions, and preparing for trial.

• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial.

• Advise clients on insurance coverage issues and negotiate settlements.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in insurance defense and insurance coverage law.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 with bonus opportunities. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan and flexible paid time off and paid holidays.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance defense

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent analytical and writing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
