Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Tacoma, Washington

Description

As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in administrative support to the Sales department and providing high level of customer service. Key responsibilities will include executing a high level of data and order entry, managing small accounts from start to finish, and providing quick, accurate customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consistent and accurate data entry across various systems.

  • Assist the Sales team with order entry.

  • Oversee accounts, including quoting prices and overseeing purchase orders.

  • Regularly import orders from reports into an Excel spreadsheet and distribute them to the appropriate representatives and specialists.

  • Provide high-quality, swift customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Manage daily tasks efficiently amidst varying priorities and multiple action items.

    Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, including using formulas (VLOOKUP), filters, and pivot tables.

  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Excel will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with ERP software is a plus but not necessary.
