Job Details Level Entry Job Location Tacoma 1 - Tacoma, WA Position Type Full Time Education Level GED/High School Diploma   Travel Percentage No travel Job Category Sales Description It is the responsibility of the Account Relationship Representative (ARR) to provide excellent service to our customers while supporting the commercial team in growing and developing business. The person in this unique position will work with the customer as well as the customer experience team, the commercial team, and other Stellar departments to cover all customer service needs, resolving any issues that may arise. The ARR will develop and maintain relationships with existing Stellar customers and suppliers to assist in building and growing existing business as well as helping the commercial team to uncover new opportunities and vet new prospects. This position requires customer focus, excellent communication and organizational skills and collaboration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: More specifically, it is the responsibility of the Account Relationship Representative to: Serve as a key member of the branch team, working directly with the commercial team members to support and drive sales results on-site with specific customers. Manage projects related to cost savings, sales growth or new opportunities at new or existing customers Support and assist in implementing Stellar vendor managed inventory programs at customer locations to enhance revenue generation. Communicate with vendors directly, when necessary, accurately record vendor commitments on price and delivery Work with multiple customers to accurately and efficiently manage inventory using various methods of storage and replenishment - vending, handheld bin management, etc. Maintain and accurately service onsite inventory solutions at various customer locations - including replenishment, organization and sometime delivery. Learn, understand, and utilize the automated or semi-automated systems and processes put in place by our Solutions team, including vending machines, wireless warehouse, and other related processes and systems Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries Be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries about orders, scheduling, delivery of product, etc. Know and understand any vending systems or technology platforms necessary to provide service on a daily/weekly cadence (Cribmaster, AutoCrib, etc.) Adeptly handle all customer inquiries and requests Check on inventory specific to the customer, ensuring that all Min/Max levels and safety stock are adequate Focus on customer specific requirements Act as a liaison between the customer and other Stellar representatives and departments Engage in continual learning of all Stellar service, programs, processes and product offerings Follow all customer guidelines and procedures as it pertains to your position Follow all on-site safety and emergency procedures Stay current on all required training and certifications Understand and support Stellar's service capabilities: Be knowledgeable of specialists and supplier sales resource Function as a liaison between the commercial team and Solutions Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 2-3 years of relevant sales or customer service-related experience Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Excellent people skills with executive level customers and partners Great attention to detail and time management skills Experience with ERP type software system
